This policy explains the delivery options currently presented by the TidyMiles store for United Kingdom orders.
01. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared on working days. Dispatch timing may change during weekends, public holidays or unusually busy periods.
02. STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is normally 2–4 working days after dispatch and is free when the displayed order threshold is met.
03. EXPRESS AND LARGE ITEMS
Available express or special-handling options and their charges are shown at checkout before payment.
04. DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Carrier delays can occasionally happen. Use order tracking first, then contact support with the order number if help is needed.
